At TOPS Malibu, we want you to be delighted with your surprise-filled purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that customized or seasonal surprise balls may be final sale.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack Securely
Place the items safely in a shipping box with the original packing slip and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RA number.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
